At Barry J Richards & Daughter, we understand that planning a funeral is a deeply personal experience. What we offer can be tailored to your preferences.

We can offer formal, informal or religious based ceremonies for your beliefs and those of your loved ones.

Most burial grounds have a chapel or room where ceremonies can take place, but you may decide you'd like the service elsewhere which we at Barry J Richards will facilitate. We can offer 2 Chapel of Rests within the Swansea area depending on your needs.

Family Burial

Reopening & reserving

If you already have a family burial plot we may be able to arrange for it to be reopened before the burial. If you would like burial plots which are next to each other, you’ll need to talk to the local authority about the purchasing or reserving multiple plots and again, we are here to help you with this and to make the process as smooth as possible.
